The other 50% is handling your cost ! (the Hidden cost is like a hunger monster in your company … an independent source estimated about US$ 50 billion per year is feed to that monster in Canada only, sound more than a horror for me)

You might be have sharpened your skill in sales, by following seminars, sales coaching or self-study from a lot of sales articles.
